🌸UPDATE - BB ASNAF MEDICARE Assalaamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuhBismillah ▪️Baby Salman entered this world on 7/1/24, and was immediately made to fast. Instead of a baby’s first cry there was only gasping because of the hole in his heart. ▪️We cannot imagine the anguish his parents went through. They had no money, another 5 years old child waiting at home, their newborn struggling to survive and a mountain of medical cost looming ahead. ▪️Alhamdulillah, with your kind and prompt donations, we were able to settle the first surgery bill for the duodenum atresia. After 2 weeks of green bile flowing into the feeding tube, Baby Salman was finally able to consume 15 ml of pure milk via tube feeding a few days ago. His parents Samina & Mohammed Yahya are over the moon. ▪️ But Baby Salman’s health journey is far from over. He’s still in NICU and the medical bill is rising day by day. The hole in the heart is another significant hurdle to surmount soon. 🆘 Fundraising for Baby Salman is ongoing as more funds are needed to cover the cost of the critical surgeries and hospitalisation needed.
